Unlike traditional garment electronics that rely on physical wiring which can loosen, break or add bulk, Penanos® ‘PE eMEM’ replaces wiring with conductive adhesive technology applied directly to the internal barrier membrane film of textile laminates.
This creates a lightweight, full-coverage ‘active surface’ that eliminates bulk while maintaining high reliability and durability — even across seam lines, thanks to DSEAMS® proprietary access to individual layers within the laminate.
