Penanos × Connected & e-heater garment

Penanos for connected & e-heater garments.

Penanos PE e-Mem replaces traditional wiring with conductive adhesive applied directly to the laminate's barrier membrane — a lightweight, full-coverage active surface that remains conductive even across seams.

Why this combination

Engineered for connected & e-heater garment.

Intelligent apparel delivering heat, sensing or communication without wired looms.

Unlike traditional garment electronics that rely on physical wiring which can loosen, break or add bulk, Penanos® ‘PE eMEM’ replaces wiring with conductive adhesive technology applied directly to the internal barrier membrane film of textile laminates.

This creates a lightweight, full-coverage ‘active surface’ that eliminates bulk while maintaining high reliability and durability — even across seam lines, thanks to DSEAMS® proprietary access to individual layers within the laminate.

What it delivers

Benefits for connected & e-heater garments.

  • 01 / 04

    Active surface humidity

Microcurrent humidity and moisture management across the membrane film surface — ideal for e-heater clothing.

  • 02 / 04

    Active surface pulse

Micro-static current technology inhibits viral and bacterial activity for enhanced protective properties.

  • 03 / 04

    Interconnected across seams

The active surface remains conductive across seam lines for whole-garment functionality.

  • 04 / 04

    Wireless by design

No bulky wiring to loosen, break or degrade — just a thin conductive membrane embedded in the laminate.

In practice

Wires are obsolete.

Conductive adhesive on the barrier membrane film delivers a full-coverage active surface without bulk, weight or failure points.
