• Third-party content accuracy
• Unauthorized Site alterations

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is ceasing Site use.

You agree to defend DSEAMS against claims arising from your Site misuse or violations of these Terms.

DSEAMS may suspend or terminate access for any violation. Survival clauses: Sections 2–7, 9–11.

Delaware law governs disputes. Legal actions must be filed in Delaware courts.

• Identification of infringed work
• Contact information
• Statement of good faith belief
