Seperb “Liquiyarn”
Yarn coating and
infused solutions.
Seperb “Liquiyarn” improves the performance level, features and qualities of knit products using proprietary coated or infused knit yarns alongside a range of production processes.
Coated & Infused Yarns
Create unique knit products without limits.
Seperb ‘Liquiyarn’ works with a variety of threads, yarns and deniers — natural and synthetic. Dyed colors and ‘Solution’ attribute yarns allow knit manufacturers to create truly unique products.
‘Liquiyarn’ coatings use a commercial-grade or bio-based adhesive polymer resin applied to the yarn fiber surface area. Infused solutions are comingled with the coating adhesives to deliver additional performance attributes within a single yarn.
Why it matters.
- 01 / 06
Low-temperature melt
Bonds at lower temperatures than standard adhesives — reducing thermal damage and enabling easier lamination with membranes and tricots.
- 02 / 06
Multi-functional coatings
Tailor Liquiyarn for water repellence, antimicrobial properties or conductivity to match the specific application.
- 03 / 06
Seamless knit integration
Plated or layered discreetly within the knit to add support, water resistance or breathability exactly where needed.
- 04 / 06
Selective reinforcement
Minimises material usage, reduces overall weight and ensures maximum wearer comfort across the product.
- 05 / 06
Streamlined production
Lower energy and equipment requirements compared with conventional adhesive yarns.
- 06 / 06
Wide fibre compatibility
Compatible with natural and synthetic fibres across a wide range of deniers and dyed colors.
Applications for Seperb.
- 01
Sportswear
Body-mapped zones for support, lift, anti-abrasion and moisture management.
- 02
