Cohesive × Cap & headwear

Cohesive for caps & headwear.

Performance headwear benefits from both bonded seams (Cohesive) on laminated caps and from zoned knit-yarn coatings (Seperb) on knit beanies and ear-warmers.

Why this combination

Engineered for cap & headwear.

Performance caps, beanies and technical headwear with structured or knit construction.

For decades, performance textiles and membrane technologies have developed considerably — yet construction techniques have not changed in over 50 years. Seams are traditionally sewn, puncturing the barrier membrane, which is then seam-taped to ‘patch-up’ the problem.

Cohesive “CIBS” replaces stitching and seam-taping with seamless, ultra-durable seams using an innovative inline lamination process that bonds membrane-film to membrane-film. The system never degrades the performance of the textile and creates a uniform composite structure across the entire product.
