Cohesive × Insulated parka
Cohesive for insulated parkas.
Wet insulation is failed insulation. Cohesive CIBS preserves barrier integrity across every seam, protecting loft and warmth over the garment's lifetime.
Engineered for insulated parka.
Down or synthetic-insulated outerwear for severe cold. Barrier integrity protects insulation performance.
For decades, performance textiles and membrane technologies have developed considerably — yet construction techniques have not changed in over 50 years. Seams are traditionally sewn, puncturing the barrier membrane, which is then seam-taped to ‘patch-up’ the problem.
Cohesive “CIBS” replaces stitching and seam-taping with seamless, ultra-durable seams using an innovative inline lamination process that bonds membrane-film to membrane-film. The system never degrades the performance of the textile and creates a uniform composite structure across the entire product.
Benefits for insulated parkas.
- 01 / 02
Performance
Improved performance over seam-sealed garments and footwear. Does not deteriorate barrier membrane performance or breathability.

Durability
Seam construction is fused at the molecular level, ensuring ultimate durability across the entire product lifecycle.

In practice
High-performance jacket seams, inside and out.
A reversible jacket powered by Cohesive “CIBS” demonstrates the aesthetic flexibility of a uniform internal composite barrier.
