Technical pack
Also known as: Tech pack
The engineering document set that specifies every detail of a garment for manufacture — materials, trims, construction, seams, tolerances.
Definition
Technical packs are the interface between designers and factories. They define the garment so precisely that any qualified factory can produce it to spec.
For licensed technologies, the technical pack also specifies the required proprietary machinery, materials and process.
