Liquants LLC “Driseam”& “Liquiseam” Outline:
“AMP”- Automated Module Platform:
Automated Module Platform Digital Tooling Machine with the capabilities to control the Spread of the Textile Laminate, “AES” Seam Surface Preparation Module, Digital Dispersion Liquid Adhesive Feed Module, and a Cut-Out Pattern and Edge Sealing Module.
Equipment is Commercial and Readily Available and Designed Specifically per the Manufacturer License Requirements.
Textile Robots are available to move the prepared patterns to the next seam-sealing assembly step.
”AMP”- Software Management:
The “AMP” Software Management and Design are controlled through a 3-dimensional Integrated Seam Software platform. 3D Scanned Single Garment to Full Custom Garment production requirements are covered using a CAD AccuMark, AccuMark 3D, AccuNest, or a unique PLM Software Program Platform.
"AES" - Adhesive Encapsulated Seam:
The “AES” Seam Bonding Process transforms a textile laminate into one that produces a physical adhesion linkage fabric bond between the liquid adhesive molecules and the prepared seam surface area of the fabric fiber bundle. The Prepared Radius Angle Channel Seam Surface Areas are created through a Module Platform Tool that is added onto the “AMP” - Automated Module Platform in a single or multiple head module platforms.
“ABS” - “Liquiseam” Dot, Line, or Spray Adhesive Module:
The “ABS” Liquid Adhesive Dispensing Module Application System combined with a Fabric Seam bonds the textile laminate membrane film surface to the textile laminate membrane film surface (replacing a sewn seam) and a hydrostatic barrier seam (replacing commercial external seam tape applications). Creating a true Uniform Composite Inline Laminated Bonding Module Platform creates the Liquants “Stitch Less” (Stretch if required) Liquid Seam.
“APA”- Adhesive Polymer Additive:
Carbon/Graphene Nanotubes are blended into the liquid adhesive polymer(s) to create an adhesive that has a density of over 10 billion fibers per square centimeter. The nanotube fiber alignment forms a “Bridge” or a “Nano-Stitch” between the adjacent seam surface or surface areas while creating an e-Seam Conductive/Interconnected Channel Seam Surface Network.
“Driseam” & “Liquiseam” Adhesive Polymers:
The dry and liquid adhesive polymers are determined by the end-use of the textile fabric substrate seams, membrane film barrier qualities, and the adhesive cure rate requirements.
Uniform Composite Inline/Integral Driseam or Liquiseam (“Stitch Less” & “External Seam Tape Less”) Adhesive Bonded Seams, that do not deteriorate the qualities of the coated substrate/membrane film laminate composite. The “Driseam” and the “Liquiseam” Bonded Seam are equal to the specification of the coated/laminated textile fabric composite specifications.
Liquants “Liquiseam” Inline/Integral Adhesive Dispensing Systems:
There are three different dispersion methods for the Liquiseam Adhesive Application in a dot, line, or spray patterns.
“Stitch Less Quilting”
The “Stitch Less Quilted” seams ensure a uniform thermally responsive, conductive/anti-static, bondable adhesive insulation multi-layer composite. The Pattern Panels are then cut out to the required shape and size specification, including access ports and non-bondable surface areas within the Pattern Panel without compromising the integrity of the insulation package. This “Stitch Less Quilting” application stabilizes the insulation package by eliminating current commercial sewn quilted panels while preventing the insulation blanket from shifting the thermal/sound barrier qualities after continued use..
Available 4-6mm seam width. Various AES Seam widths and adhesive patterns are applicable during the production sequence.…
